The Infamous Santa Pictures...
Every child needs a picture on Santa's lap, whether they are screaming or not. My cousin James played Santa at our ward Christmas party and we captured four very priceless moments.
First, James' own daughter Jeanna would not sit on Santa's lap. She definitely didn't recognize her dad.
Second, is Tyler. He loves Candy Canes and presents.
Third, our new friend's the William's daughter Haddie seem to think Santa was out to get her.
Fourth, someone forgot to tell Emree not to flirt with scary old men. She has always loved older men. In the airport when she was little she would smile at the strangest men she could find and then I was stuck having a conversation with them. (No offense James... you made one amazing Santa).

Sunday Naps are the Best!
Wait I wouldn't know... Emree only napped for about 20 minutes today. I was tired and sick of her crawling all over me as I tried to catch a few zzzs laying on the floor next to her pile of toys that she refuses to play with. I gave in and to entertain her I gave her some candy in her chair. She was simply delighted. First I gave her a sucker and grabbed a piece of chocolate for myself, but she quickly wanted the chocolate I was eating. Figures. She was pretty happy and who can blame her. Don't judge me for my bad mothering. Just enjoy the photos. :)
Don't worry... besides teaching her to eat candy, I won't forget to help her floss her teeth!

Piggytails!
Today we decided to do a little something different with Emree's hair and I was pretty excited that it fit into two really cute piggytails. However, by the end of the day it looked a little scary!
