"I don't want to touch it!"

Emree is a scaredy cat. She does not like animals, not one bit. Well, she loves the zoo, but pets are a no go. My parents have a dog and we are constantly being informed that Tanna is in the backyard, but it is always followed up by..."and I don't want to touch it." The boys can not help, but tease her and ask her if she wants to pet the dog over and over again. I am not sure I blame her for making that point very clear.

We asked Emree if she wanted to go horse back riding this week and we all knew getting her on a horse would be a challenge. She was so excited. She talked about it a day in advanced and begged for me to take her until the time actually came. Of course she cried. Of course Tyler had to force her onto the horse. And of course she yelled over and over, "I don't want to touch it!" She did eventually calm down and enjoy her self a little bit. Then when she got off there was no way you were getting her back on. She refers back to the horses fondly. She tells us how fun it was and how daddy and her chased the butterfly, but she always lets us know that she still doesn't want to touch it.

Was it worth it? I am not sure, but our pictures are sure cute!

Fun! Trey absolutely looves to ride horses. He has done it like 4 times now. Maybe he'll follow in my dad's footsteps and be a jocky :) haha hope not :)
