Scatterbrained Saturday: Date Night
It is funny how when you are married "date night" goes out the window. You spend so much time together why would you need to go on a date?! Oh but you do. You need the thoughtfulness, the fresh air, the time to remember, the time to forget everything else. Tonight we had a very simple date night (which included a babysitter). It was perfect. Saturday is a special day, it's the day we get ready for Sunday! Consider me officially re-charged. Now get dating people.

David and I had a date night last night that also involved a sitter. and let me tell you it was the best thing for my soul!! Live on date nights!
